Pro Auto Repair Warranty

* WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: All warranty work must be performed at PRO AUTO NYA and cannot exceed the amount of the original repair. ONLY repairs that have been completed by Pro Auto NYA are eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty will be voided if signs of abuse, modifications, or neglect of the vehicle are present and caused part failuer. This warranty cannot be offered to modified, salvaged, flooded, fleet and commercial vehicles. Warranty will be void to any vehicle modified after the date of invoice. Warranty is not transferable. Pro Auto NYA's regular routine maintenance schedule (listed above) must be performed on the vehicle to maintain Warranty coverage on eligible repairs. Failure to follow Pro Auto NYA's maintenance schedule will void warranty. All documentation of regular maintenance may be needed to verify eligibility of repair if part failure occurs. All regular maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, routine fluid maintenance and anything deemed a maintenance item or service is the sole responsibility of customer at their expense. Pro Auto NYA has the right to decline warranty claims at their discretion. *EXCLUSIONS APPLY: Maintenance items are not covered: including tires, pads, rotors, spark plugs, all filters, wipers, shocks/struts, batteries, belts, fluids, fluid services, interior & exterior bulbs, and any other service deemed as maintenance or maintenance item or service. Engine and transmission replacement are not covered under the Warranty, both have their own individual warranty based on mileage and/or months, warranty varies per transmission and/or engine.
